The CRNA follows a "Human Resource Management Framework" when guiding and supporting employees. The College also follows "Ethics and Accountability" policies, human resource policies and the associated procedures. These policies and frameworks set the expectations of employees and the College. This in turn provides the overall functionality and structure of the human resources function.
