How the CRNA manages and supports employees is comprised of the work done by the Human Resources function and that done by individual managers and leaders.
The Human Resource function is responsible for managing the workforce structure and employee lifecycle at the CRNA. The function offers a variety of services including employee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning opportunities, and payroll and benefit administration.
How the CRNA manages people contributes to the overall achievement of the College’s strategic goals and objectives and the well-being of employees. The Human Resources function supports the College's people first strategy. It ensures compliance with applicable employment and human rights legislation, upholding ethical standards, and legal obligations.
