The CRNA follows three major policies that guide the framework for procurement and contract management. 

1. F12 - Delegation of Signing Authority
2. F13 - Procurement Policy
3. F14 - Contract Management Policy

These policies were designed to:

• Establish stronger internal controls.
• Ensure fiscal stewardship of college resources.
• Define roles and responsibilities at the College.
