Accountable for the success of the Risk Management program. Delivers quarterly risk reports to the Executive Team, Finance and Audit Committee, and to Council.

Establish a systematic and consistent approach, including tools, technology, and reporting, for the management of organizational risk and compliance to support risk-informed decision making.

Identify and assess the significance of risks to the achievement of the CRNA’s objectives, strategies, plans and operations.  Develop and execute treatment plans as appropriate.
