The change manager focuses on the people side of change. This involves creating and implementing change management strategies and plans. Structured methods, processes, and tools are used by the change manager to support the change. The change manager provides sponsorship support, resistance management, and guides transition to operations. At an organizational level, the change manager ensures that all change activities are working toward building change management maturity within the CRNA.

Regarding change management, the trainer designs and delivers training to ensure employees have he knowledge and ability to use the new systems and tools. 

Change management communications involve key internal messaging for project related changes This ensures that there is awareness, desire, and reinforcement of the change.
