Enterprise Change Management

Enterprise change management looks at the organizational level of change. Enterprise change management is a:

  • leadership competency for enabling change within the organization.
  • strategic capability. 
  • tool that positions the CRNA to be agile and responsive to change. 

Enterprise change management also looks at the change maturity of an organization. Change maturity measures an organization’s ability to implement and manage effective change. This is measured within five areas: leadership, application, competencies, standardization, and socialization. 

Project Level Change Management

Project level change management is the integration of the people side of change with the technical side of project management. The CRNA has a guiding framework for project level change management which includes communications, sponsorship, coaching, resistance management, and training.
