The CRNA has an Organizational Change Management Framework. The framework provides an overview of how change affects people, the guiding principles and elements of change management, and the goals of change management.
The change management framework has 3 guiding principles:
1) Focused on people – change management supports staff through changes, support ownership, and is committed to change at all levels.
2) Able to management change – change management builds resilience, understanding, empowerment, and desire for change.
3) Embedded – change management works to grow change culture and integrate change across operations and project management.
The change management framework has 6 elements:
1) Change maturity assessments
2) Communication
3) Sponsorship support and management
4) Resistance management
5) Training
6) Transition to operations
For more information about the guiding principles and elements of change management, please refer to the Organizational Change Management Framework.
